We had a shakedown this morning and they took all of my books. I did manage to save Snow Crash, Goblet of Fire, Good Omens, and Steel Beach. So I’ll have something to read until they take us to the library.
Yesterday was a bad day, the first since the Father’s Day cards arrived. Today, however, isn’t bad. I’m actually feeling damn near normal… weird.
Anyway, I’ve decided that I’m racist because I firmly believe old black men have no volume control settings aside from “Yell” and “Snore”. Old School, Uncle Roland, and Mack the Murderer are all black men over 50 who speak only at full volume and when they aren’t yelling, they’re snoring at full volume. None of the old white dudes are volume challenged.
I’ve discussed it with Brah and our theory is that it is only old black men from the street.

Just because you think a certain group of people do a certain something doesn’t make you racist. Now if you hated them and thought they should be killed, mamed or any other form of punishment for being the way they are them that would be being racist, you’re just making an observation =-P
