I do have room to talk I never locked those kids in the basement. The basement was our freakin bedroom and gameroom. See what happens when you don’t have facts you assume the worst of someone and judge them according to your own ignorance. I spoke to the detective on the case and I asked him “Aren’t you supposed to be finding the truth?” His response was “No, My job is to make sure that girl is safe no matter what it takes” So he assumed Bill was guilty without proof, before there was even a trial. He went on the word of a child and told me they were trying to find as many people that could get on the stand and say something negative about Bill to prove what she said was true. That’s why he called me! THAT unprofessional Detective has convinced me once and for all that justice is blind and you can not trust the system. It just doesn’t work. Especially in the city of Delaware. Thank the Good Lord in Heaven I don’t live anywhere near there. I’m done defending myself. I come on here to hear something, anything from Bill cause his letters don’t come often enough and I don’t need someone who doesn’t care about how other people feel trying to drag me down.

The only response I have for a personal attack on another poster is that I don’t think they belong in a public discussion. More than one person has done this and in the future I will either edit out personal attacks in comments or delete the entire comment. Everyone has the right to discuss this, I welcome different points of view and feelings about it but I do not want it to devolve into pointless flame wars.

I understand that she is a kid, I remember being one myself, I understood a lot more than adults ever gave me credit for and I often used that to my advantage. I can’t say if I agree with your statement or not, I guess it depends on what it is you’re saying she didn’t understand.

I do doubt, no matter what the truth of the situation may be, that what happened was what she really wanted.

Unfortunately I am not oblivious to the ‘evidence’, the images you mention have been burned into my brain and I wish I could forget them. That does not change the fact that they did not identify any particular person beyond the girl. Therefore they prove only that something happened, not who else was involved or whether it was forced. They also did not prove that the mark on the image was a vasectomy scar.

The blaming of the son I don’t know much about, I was there when he did that, and contrary to what everyone wants to believe he did not say that it was definitely the boy in the pictures. What he said was that the daughter had told him it was. It is plausible to me that she may have told him that, I do not believe that it was the son in the images.

The man only had one wife that I know of. For reasons that I will not go into publicly her opinions do not influence me. The children were not in the courtroom when the pictures were shown so I am unclear on how they would know what they depicted and cannot argue that statement.

He didn’t look surprised to me, and considering that he knew the children were there I doubt that he was surprised. I cannot know what his emotions were as I am not him. I did notice that they did not ask the boy if his father had ever questioned him about the possibility that he had done anything with his sister, only if he ever had sex with her. I think this should have been an obvious question considering what the man actually said.

Addressing Bill directly will do nothing. The man is in prison and has no Internet access. He can’t actually read this, though I guess it is possible that someone will print it out and mail it to him.

My only question for you is this:

If you are completely convinced of his guilt why are you here commenting on a post that is more than a year old?
